Classes

Veterans Grappling (Free Classes) health program is for any person who has served one day or more in the ADF, its Allies, Police, Firefighters, Paramedics, and other first responders (SEEN IN GREEN). All other classes are offered to the general public and fees apply.

*All other classes are at a charged rate to the coaches.
